Wilcox <br> <a href=\"mailto:mfw@mfw.us\">mfw@mfw.us<\/a> <\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">Alford\nTown Meeting 2020 Advisory Committee<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\">In\nFormation as of May 8, 2020<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\nhave begun the process of forming an advisory committee to assist me\nin my role as Town Moderator. I will need the help of many people to\nplan for and then to execute our Annual Town Meeting (ATM), which, as\nwe all know, will be held under unusual circumstances.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Our\nSelect Board has postponed our 2020 ATM from its originally scheduled\ndate of May 12<sup>th<\/sup> to June 23<sup>rd<\/sup>. \n<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>There\nare several scenarios as to how the ATM might be conducted, and these\nwill be discussed at the Select Board meeting of May 11<sup>th<\/sup>.\nI expect that the first meeting of this ad hoc Advisory Committee\nwill be held via the Zoom platform sometime later in that week.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I\nwelcome the participation of community members. Anyone interested in\nhelping out can contact me at the email address given above. As of\nthis date, the following people are among the folks who I think would\nbe helpful.
