Berkshires for Progressive Change Home Page

Berkshires for Progressive Change is a grassroots organization dedicated to supporting candidates and issues that advance socially responsible reform in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. We are a chapter of the Progressive Democrats of Massachusetts.

See the Event Calendar in the left column for details of our next meetings. We meet on the first Wednesday of each month, with Steering Committee meetings (open to all) scheduled a week or so after that. Our Yahoo discussion group can be found via this link.

We also encourage you to join the new, wider group that is open to all in Western Massachusetts.

Meeting Reports:

December 2004: Please click here for a report on our December 2004 meeting. The original announcement for that meeting can be found here.

January 2005: I've also posted a brief report on our January 2005 meeting.

February 2005:

March 2005: Our meeting endorsed Rhonda Serre for State Rep in the Berkshire 3rd.

Minutes of our first Steering Committe meeting are in this report -- membership in the Steering Committee is open to all who wish to help work behind the scenes to make our regular meetings more effective.
